OUR VISION:

To protect the public by promoting excellence in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery globally through the certification of eligible facial plastic surgeons and recognition of  comparable allied global certifying boards.

OUR MISSION

*To develop an alliance of global, regional, and national boards that examine and certify eligible candidates for facial plastic and reconstructive surgery so that candidates may achieve Diplomate status.

*To develop the highest international standards for examination and certification of Diplomates, maintaining global equivalence while recognizing national and global regional differences in the process.

*To admit to the Global Alliance regional, national and global boards that have demonstrated psychometric and other criteria showing evidence of a validated written and oral examination and certification requirements that meet the standards established by the Global Alliance. Standards may vary from board to board but must be deemed comparable.
