This award may be given annually to a Diplomate of the American, International or European Boards of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and will recognize an individual who has demonstrated sustained and impactful leadership in any or all of the following categories: education, teaching and/or research; executive level leadership in academia, specialty societies and/or certifying boards; and or humanitarian activities at home or abroad.

The honoree will be a respected member of the Facial Plastic Surgery community who will have demonstrated professionalism, excellence and integrity in their leadership roles.
